5. Info Products

We provide digital materials such as e-guides, online course modules, and resource libraries ('Info Products'). Access is granted via secure login.

6. Goods

We sell branded merchandise related to our themes, including books, workbooks, and other tangible items ('Goods'). Shipment details are specified at checkout.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees must be settled before access is granted.

7.1 Services Refund and Transfer

- Coaching Sessions: You may request a refund up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
- Group Workshops: Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event start date. After that period, no refund is available due to limited seating and resource commitments. Transfers to a future workshop are permitted up to 3 days before the event.
- Consulting Packages: Due to the custom nature of consulting work, fees are non-refundable once an engagement letter is signed. This policy reflects the time and expertise reserved for your project.

7.2 Info Products Refund Policy

You may request a refund for Info Products within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the materials have been accessed. To initiate a refund, please contact us. Refunds are completed within 14 business days.

7.3 Goods Return and Refund

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. For damaged or incorrect items, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund arrangements.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to ethosyntra.club.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethosyntra’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.
